Strategy for Scottish Football
Strategy for Scottish Football

In the first quarter of 2011 we will work with the board and central management team of the SFA to guide them through a process of strategy development. The process will establish a vision of success for Scottish football towards 2020.

This builds on the publication of the two reports on the state of the game presented by the former First Minister, Henry McLeish and the appointment of Stewart Regan as the new chief executive of the Association. It also represents a potential legacy for the outgoing President, George Peat, who has addressed a number of aspects of the Association's constitution during his term in office.

The process of strategy development will be participative with the board and executive and as such go some way to assuring buy-in and commitment to the emerging strategy and associated change.
